Product Description
Canary Wharf is a video and lesson plan to investigate the maths involved when making scale models. There are three areas of focus for the child:
- To help children to decide what data are needed and what calculations to make with them, in solving problems.
- To offer a variety of problems involving scale, applied to a variety of different kinds of calculations
- To help children to make their own decisions in creating real models, sometimes for real purposes.
