Tens and Hundreds is a video and lesson plan. There are three areas of focus for the child:
- To focus on the importance of where digits are placed in a number, and their value ie place value
- To help children explore our Base 10 number system and to develop an understanding of it
- To help children interpret the whole number (Base 10) system
